Impact of High Concentrations of Cellulose Fibers on the Morphology, Durability and Protective Properties of Wood Paint

This work aims to reveal the effect of a high amount cellulose fibers on durability and protective behavior bio-based wood paint. The influence filler morphology coatings was investigated by scanning electron microscopy observations, while paint evaluated exposing samples UV-B radiation continuous thermal shocks. Infrared spectroscopy analysis, colorimetric inspections, adhesion tests microscope observations were employed assess role concentrations fillers in affecting resilience acrylic matrix.
